Drop the combined PDF
- 2
Draw a box around a person’s name
- 3
Download a ZIP of files named after each person
Automatic names, still in your control
Every proposed file name is listed before you download, and you can edit any of them. Add a prefix or suffix such as "Certificate - " or " - 2026" to all files at once. Duplicate names get a number so nothing is overwritten.
Accents and punctuation are kept
Names like María O’Neil-García come through intact. Only characters that file systems forbid, such as slashes and colons, are replaced.
